We all have those unflattering closets by the entrance, in the hallway, under the stairway and in the bedroom. Although they don’t look that inspirational, we really need those extra spaces to store away winter blankets, guest towels, toilet papers, cleaning stuff, maybe our diaries when we were in two grade. I am just joking. But you know what I mean. And often, we don’t want that big construction job to create a lot of chaos and stress. So, today I am going to share 6 simple ways to transform your closets.
- Just hang a curtain. Can you imagine how easy it can be done? Of course, I will recommend to remove those bulky and ugly closet doors in case there are some–they are in the way and don’t look good. Also, please make sure whatever the curtain or drapery you choose, they should be stylish and need to be nicely blended in the surroundings.

2. Just paint them over.

Open closet styling with fresh paint.
3. Use wallpaper on the interior walls,, shelves or just wrapped around the doors.

4. Hang a bar door in case you have a super tight space.

5. Add some light.

6. Install a closet system or just have some cool closet storage kits to maximize and organize the space.
Installing an organizational system can turn your boring closet (whether it’s a tiny reach-in or a giant walk-in) into something that not only ensures your clothes and accessories are always right where you need them, but something that actually looks great, too. Closet systems can range from ultra-affordable to totally lavish. Click here to read the details.
