We all have this moment during our lock-down time and desperate to breath in some freshness. Since we are still in this pandemic, let’s take a deep breath more often and just look up to the blue sky or explore nature surrounding us.
It seems that June and July belong to lavender. Deeply intertwined with the soul of Provence, lavender is the flower that colors the beautiful Vaucluse landscapes mauve. It is also the gentle fragrance that floats from Provençal market stalls in the early summer. We would rather to be here at this special moment. What about you?
Just a little history about this charming house—located at the southeastern end of Bellevue Avenue, Rough Point overlooks Newport’s beautiful rocky coastline and can be seen from the scenic Newport Cliff Walk. This Newport Rhode Island mansion was commissioned in 1887 for Frederick W. It is an English Manorial style home.
This is such a striking scene of Lake Como. Lake Como, in Northern Italy’s Lombardy region, is an upscale resort area known for its dramatic scenery, set against the foothills of the Alps. The lake is shaped like an upside-down Y, with three slender branches that meet at the resort town of Bellagio. At the bottom of the southwest branch lies the city of Como, home to Renaissance architecture and a funicular that travels up to the mountain town of Brunate. This photo was taken in The Villa del Balbianello. It is a villa in the comune of Lenno, a province in the north of the Lombardy region of Italy, overlooking Lake Como.
We all have spent a lot of time in our backyard garden. This beautiful backyard garden is just such an inspiration–charming, homey and relaxing.
Yes, we would love to spend a whole day here just gardening.
This photo reminds us that we haven’t been to LA flower market for a very long time. We cannot wait to shop there once again for some amazing fresh blooms.
We are always so so addict to summer tablescape–the beautiful fresh flowers, creative cakes and blue-and-white china, who wouldn’t?
Yes, we are planning to make some stunning deserts this weekend, too.
Sangria and fresh fruit sound yummy to serve for a summer backyard party.
Hope you enjoy all of these beautiful things.
