KuKu Farms is what Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis affectionately call their six-acre, hilltop property. The pair — who share daughter Wyatt, 6, and son Dimitri, 4 — actually do use the land for farming, even planting and harvesting a crop of corn during the COVID-19 pandemic. The six-acre property that now accommodates a main house connected to a guesthouse/entertainment barn, as well as a freestanding barbecue pavilion, all arrayed along a central axis elaborately plotted to capture the beguiling views from, between, and through the various structures. The couple wanted the house to look like an old barn, something that had been here for decades, that was then converted into a house. But it also had to feel modern and relevant. So, let’s tour this LA farm house together.
Let’s introduce the happy couple:
Wouldn’t be nice to just chill out here enjoying this lush landscape with the loved ones? We are glad to see the couple chose this casual, comfy, organic modern sofa with curved chunky cushions and a low-profile back rather than the traditional farmhouse chesterfield sofa.
Shop The Sofa:
The floor-to-the-ceiling concrete fireplace wall is the focal point in this soaring high ceiling living room while the low-profile chic plush velvet sofas and vintage rug bring in the warmth and softness.
Note: please contact us for the details of the sofa, area rug and lamp)
This is another end of the living room. The 19′ high slide is quite something and bring in so much natural light. The reclaimed wood flooring and beams are the factors to contribute the sustainability of the farm house
