It’s another beautiful day today. It seems we have been in summer time lately in SoCal. We took a hike in our neighborhood.
How amazing it is that we are still able to see the snow on the peak of the mountains!
Spring flowers are blooming and busy bees are out.
We decided to practice back-walk and shockingly it is so therapeutic.
We did some research on the reverse walking and find out there are 5 benefits by doing so.
2. Strengthen your legs
3. Puts less strain on your knees
4. Has a therapeutic effect
5. Prevent back pain
We totally agree on all of these 5 points and will practice whenever we can specially when we are climbing.
