The Summer Retreat Moodboard—Casual Yet Elegant Bedroom With A Touch Of Femininity

We will continue our summer retreat at home theme today. You can click here to see how we created a dining summer retreat at home, and click here to see how we created a summer backyard oasis. In today’s theme, we focus on creating a a casual yet elegant bedroom with a king-size dark cane bed , plush trimmed pillows and shams, a pink velvet loveseat and the blush toile wallpaper. The two open wicker nightstands make the space more open and breathable while two of the table lamps add the character to this space. A sand-colored area rug anchors the whole room. Majorities of the pieces are now in Summer Tent Sale and the stock goes really fast. So act fast to grab them if you fall in love with any of them.

Guest Bedroom in Fresh Muted Pink

We blogged that Benjamin Moore’s color of the year 2020–First Light, if you haven’t read our blog, please click here to read And we think the color is pretty neutral yet moody and can be an elegant backdrop for any interiors. In Orange County Hill Project, we painted Client’s guest bedroom in kind of similar pink color—neutral yet elegant and sophiticated:

The light warm pink create such a dreamy atmosphere. The tufted bed headboard adds depth and interest to the space while the 2 of brass pendants anchor the bedroom and champaign nightstands lend a touch of sophistication. Artwork for sure is the soul of the room. This is a soothe and delicate place place where guests can relax well.
