There’s a reason we think of blue as relaxing: it actually tends to lower our heart rates, blood pressure, and even our body temperature. Studies of memory have demonstrated that memory is enhanced by blue light and blue light can even kill some bacteria. Blue often represents :trustworthy, dependable, tranquil,peaceful, calming. Well, I hope you started Monday Blue in a beautiful mood. Somehow, Sunday and Monday are two of our busiest days in a week, a lot of chores. But I really cannot wait to share with you some chic blue-themed holiday decor. I was in my gym yesterday and then I saw this beautiful Christmas tree decorated with clear gift boxes with blue balls inside, it felt so fresh and chic and your know last Wednesday,Pantone just announced its color of the year 2020, so I am thinking I am going to do a blog about blue-themed Christmas decor today. It is always so cool to try something new for holidays rather than repeat year-after-year same Christmas decor.
